Monday- Friday 8 am-5 pm (closed for lunch 12 pm-1 pm)
COVID Testing: Free At-Home kits available thru walk-ins
COVID Vaccine: Moderna- Fridays from 1 pm-4 pm (Walk-ins)
Cost:
Private insurance, Medicaid, and Health Choice are accepted. Services are provided to those without insurance on a sliding fee based on income. Please bring your medical insurance card or documentation of household income to determine your charges on the sliding scale.
