Clinical
STD/HIV: Evaluation and treatment of sexually transmitted diseases. HIV testing and counseling at no charge. Services daily 8am-10am and 1pm-3pm by appointment.
Maternal Health: Prenatal care appointments are available daily. Referral to high-risk clinic if needed.
Family Planning: Counseling, education, and physical exams. Offer a variety of birth control methods: including condoms, IUDs, injections, and birth control pills. Offer emergency contraception pills for method failure if within the right time-frame
Primary Care: Physicals and sick visits for adults by appointment, fee on a sliding fee scale by income.
Child Health: Well-child checks & sick visits for birth to 18 years of age. Kindergarten, daycare, and sports physicals are offered by appointment.
Testing for Hepatitis C: If you were born between 1945-1965 you may have been exposed to the Hepatitis C virus. Get a free test
Communicable Disease: Staff provides treatment, follow-up, surveillance, and investigation of TB and other communicable diseases.
Immunizations: All recommended vaccines are available for adults and children. The cost of vaccines is based on eligibility for the state vaccines for children and on family income for self-pay, sliding fee.
Breast and Cervical Cancer Screening Program (BCCCP) for Women: Provide breast exams and pap smears for women and access to treatment services as needed. (Eligibility requirements must be met to qualify)
