Clinical Services
Duplin County Health Department offers adults and children, well care physicals and sick visits. Pregnancy testing, immunizations, HIV/STI testing and exams, Family planning physicals and contraceptives, Maternal health (Duplin County residents only), nutrition visits, WIC and other services.
Accepts Medicaid, Medicare and other private insurance carriers and patient pay. Services are offered on a sliding fee scale based on income, please bring income statement at first visit to determine your cost of the visit.

Primary Care for adults (physicals and sick visits) with a focus on serving those patients that do not have a medical home.
Child Health includes sick visits and well child physicals includes: college, primary school, pre-school, day care and sports physicals
Family planning physicals and contraception

TB skin testing offered on Monday – Wednesday and Friday ( must be read 48-72 hours after placement of skin test)
Communicable Disease treatment and follow-up
Revisit for 3 month injectable contraceptive (health department clients only)
