During extremely hot and humid weather, your body’s ability to cool itself is challenged. It is important to know the symptoms of excessive heat exposure:

Heat Cramps– Can be the first sign of heat-related illness- Painful muscle cramps and spasms in leg and abdomen, heavy sweating

Heat Exhaustion– Weakness, heavy sweeting, clammy skin, fast week pulse, dizziness, nausea or vomiting, fainting

Heat Stroke– Altered mental state, body temperature above 103, hot, red, dry skin, nausea, dizziness, rapid pulse, loss of consciousness
